Animal Report on Wolves

Did you know that wolves like to eat berries, pears, melons, and apples?
Wolves come from the canine family. They live in North America, Europe, Canada, and Russia. This report will inform about how wolves look, live and other interesting facts.

Physical Description

Wolves weigh up to 80 kilograms. Their colours are amazing; white, black, grey, and red. Wolves skin feels like a very furry texture and is as soft as silk. Their body parts are very interesting; they have long ears that can hear very well, large sharp teeth that can slice, long legs that are very fast and a furry back a long bushy tail and a stomach.

Life Cycle

Where do these incredible animals live? Wolves can live in the rainforest, snow, grasslands and the amazon. Wolves are carnivores; they eat meat, but do also like some fruits. There are threats to wolves; they are humans, because some humans harm wolves by polluting waterways. Some animals like tigers, hyenas and other animals hunt them. Their two layers of fur help them to survive in the cold. In warmer weather they flatten their fur to keep cool.

Did you know that wolves are the biggest member in the canine family. They are a very legendary animal.Wolf pups are born blind and deaf. When wolf pups are born they stay in their den for three years.
